Shipping U.S. and Europe
We can mail to the U.S. and Europe. In the U.S., we will ship from U.S. East Warehouse in California or U.S. West First Warehouse in Maryland according to your receiving address. If you are in Europe, we will ship it for you from Hamburg, Germany.
Orders Handling Time
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing.
We use FedEx to deliver electric bikes to you. We use FedEx to deliver electric bicycles to you. Delivery to your address is generally within 5-10 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Applicable circumstances of returns and refunds：
Must be in like-new condition and free from dirt, dust, or fragrances.
Must be in the same packaging (all cardboard and foam) and condition that you received it.
Must include all items that were included inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).
How long will you receive the refund?
Refunds will be made after the bike is received and inspected. The inspection process will typically take about one week once the bike is received. Once the entire inspection is completed, refunds will typically be processed in about 1-3 business days. After the return is completed, you will receive a refund within 3 to 14 days.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

About Payment Failed
If your payment failed, here are some suggestions for you.
If you pay by credit card, It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined. Under such circumstance, here are 4 solutions for you:
1. Call the customer service number on the back of your credit or debit card and speak to a representative letting them know you are authorizing the payment. Once they put an authorization through, you should be able to process your payment once more on our website and the order will be accepted.
2. Please switch to your other credit/debit card.
3. If you have a Paypal account, please try to pay by PayPal.
4. If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card by checking out as a guest.
